  • What is the event?
    • Toy Warehouse sale is an annual event of Toy Kingdom where branded toys, games, gadgets and other items are discounted as much as 70% off.
  • When & where is the event?
    • It is from November 5 to 8, 2020 and will happen ONLINE at toykingdom.com.ph.
  • What time will the sale start?
    • It starts 12:00 mn of November 5 and ends at 11:59 pm of November 8, 2020.
  • How to create an account at toykingdom.com.ph?
    • Desktop – Click on the “Log In” icon located at the upper right corner, select “Create Account” and fill up the necessary details.
    • Mobile –Tap on “Log In” located below the Toy Kingdom logo, tap “Create Account” and fill up the necessary details
  • What are the modes of payment?
    • We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/JBC/American Express), Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard/JCB/American Express), GCash, GrabPay.
  • How can I return or exchange an item?
    • All returns/exchange have to be initially processed through toykingdom.com.ph. Shoppers can return/exchange the items by contacting our Customer Care via hotline, email, chat or Contact Us Page. Indicate complete name, order number, order date and reason for returning item. Customer Service will respond with return instructions. Customers may apply to return/exchange any item purchased from within thirty (30) days from the date when order is received, where day one is the receiving date. For Sony Play Station, they may return the item directly to Sony Service Center.
  • I'm not from the Philippines. Can I still shop?
    • Shoppers not residing in the Philippines may shop, however a Philippine shipping address is required.
  • Is there a promo for Amazing Card, SMAC or Prestige Cardholders?
    • Cardholders can earn points with every purchase. Please make sure to input your Amazing Card/SMAC Prestige card details upon account creation.
  • What are the available promos for credit card users?
    • 0% interest for 3 and 6 months installment is available for BDO and HSBC credit cards. A minimum of P3,000 single receipt purchase is required to avail of this promo.
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    • Once the order status is “Shipped” and turned over to our courier partners, customers cannot be changed anymore. Customer can check the status of their order at any time via the Order history page.
  • What are the delivery options?
    • Customer can have it delivered via courier or picked up at designated pickup points at SMX Manila.
  • How long will it take for my toys to be shipped?
    • Delivery time frame varies depending on shipping address. There will be an update via email once the order is shipped. Additional 15 days may be observed for items with high capacity power (e.g., battery pack or rechargeable batteries) and liquid content (e.g., ink cartridge, perfume), if to be delivered outside of Luzon. These items will be shipped via sea due to airline safety restrictions. Delivery to addresses outside of direct serviceable areas may have longer lead time. Orders received on or before 4PM shall be processed on the same day. Meanwhile, orders received beyond 4PM shall be processed the next working day.
